Ordering Prints

1. How and can I change my order?

   Once you have placed an order with TM Photography and it has not shipped it is possible to change that order. Just email [email protected] with your request. If your order has already shipped it is not possible to change an order.
   

2. Do you give refunds?

   If your order has not shipped it is possible to receive a full refund. Send an email to [email protected] with your refund request.  After an order has been shipped TM Photography will no longer give a refund.
   

3. What if my order was damaged in transit?

   TM Photography is taking every action to make sure this does not happen by sending your photos in high durability photo mailers. But in the rare occasion your photo does arrive damaged TM Photography will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling.
   

Print information

1. What kind of paper will my photo be printed on?

   TM Photography only has one option for paper. All prints will be printed on premium high gloss paper. This will ensure high quality and vibrant colors.
   

2. What sizes are available for printing?

   At TM Photography we offer 3 different sizes. 8"x10", 11"x14", and 12"x18" If you have a special size request please email [email protected]
   

Shipping information

1. When Will I Receive My Shipment?

   After ordering prints from TM Photography you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will also receive a shipment notification e-mail. A tracking number will be provided and you should receive your order from 5-7 business days from receiving that email.
   

2. Where do you ship?

   TM Photography will only ship within the United states.
   

3. What do you charge for shipping?

   From 1-5 items we charge $7.95 shipping and handling. For 6 items and up we charge $9.95.
   

4. What shipping service do you use?

   All Prints will be shipped by US Postal service priority mail.
